Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed and any promotional gifts are included to avoid partial refunds.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
